      Description

I created a new Grails application via Spring Tools Suite (STS) and there are a number of warnings and exceptions that are displayed when executing "run-app" after installing the app-engine plugin.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) Create new Grails application via STS
      2) run "grails install-plugin app-engine"
      3) run "grails run-app"
      4) the warnings/exceptions below are displayed.

      Itemized issues:
      1) Warning, target causing name overwriting of name startLogging
      2) [copy] Warning: C:\Users\Taylor Leese\.grails\1.2.0\projects\test-grails\plugins\app-engine-0.8.8\grails-app\conf\spring not found.
      3) [copy] Warning: C:\Users\Taylor Leese\.grails\1.2.0\projects\test-grails\plugins\app-engine-0.8.8\grails-app\conf not found.
      4) [copy] Warning: C:\Users\Taylor Leese\.grails\1.2.0\projects\test-grails\plugins\app-engine-0.8.8\grails-app\conf\hibernate not found.
      5) [copy] Warning: C:\Users\Taylor Leese\.grails\1.2.0\projects\test-grails\plugins\app-engine-0.8.8\src\java not found.
      6) [enhance] SEVERE: Class "org.grails.tomcat.TomcatLoader" was not found in the CLASSPATH. Please check your specification and your CLASSPATH.

Below is the entire output from the Eclipse output console.

      Thank you,
      Taylor Leese

Running "uninstall-plugin tomcat" seems to have fixed the TomcatLoader portion of the issue.
