downloaded latest demo and in IE, the calendar now opens but uses the entire width of the page. Attempt to resize shows that it feels it must be flush with right side.

I have installed version1.1.1 of this plugin, and this error is still occurring when displaying in IE 6. The calendar uses the entire width of the window.
