Dojo Plugin

Adds grails integration with the Dojo Toolkit javascript library. Provides dojo implementation of grails remote* tags. This plugin also wraps some of the Dojo widgets with custom tags to make development more productive. Custom Dojo widgets have also been created to extend existing Dojo components to make this process easier. Source code can be found on Github.
