Description

If you have a g:javascript tag on your root index.gsp an exception is thrown in the JavascriptTagLib

> Message: Cannot get property: pluginContextPath on null object
> Caused by: Cannot get property: pluginContextPath on null object
> Class: JavascriptTagLib

This is a regression caused by the fix for GRAILS-1249
