Description

SVNKit 1.2.0 is out and it supports svn 1.5

You can't currently release plugins if you have svn 1.5 installed. This would fix this.

Sorry, the clone of GRAILS-3456 didn't let me edit the description (I thought it would), though the title is correct.

Grails should be upgraded to svnkit 1.3 so that it supports SVN 1.6 (which has been out for a while now).

Releasing plugins is very painful currently as you cannot do it with svn 1.6 installed and you need to downgrade your client and your repo (not a trivial task if you forget, the normal solution often includes running python scripts).

As a workaround, Robert Fletcher turned me on to the --zipOnly flag that lets you release without checking into svn (useful for those of us who are using source control outside of the main plugin svn repo, I suggest mercurial/bitbucket for anyone familiar with svn).
