Grails Doc command does not generate the manual directory of index.html after upgrade to 1.3.6

Description

After upgrading to 1.3.6 and running grails doc the manual directory is no longer generated nor is the index.html in that directory. There are many files that refer to that directory so the manual can no longer be accessed.
