UrlMappings should be <PluginName>UrlMappings when running create-plugin

      Description

When executing 'grails create-plugin' it generates a UrlMappings.groovy however, this file is ignored when the plugin is used in an application. If you rename the class/file to <PluginName>UrlMappings.groovy then all is well with the world. create-plugin should generate the correct file and class name for UrlMappings. To me, this is a bug, since things don't work right in its current state.

Config.groovy and DataSource.groovy are also generated but not packaged with the plugin; these are all for testing. It's fairly rare that a plugin adds url mappings so it wouldn't be a good idea to generate and include a basically empty FooPluginUrlMappings.groovy in every plugin when it's simple to manually create the file or rename the auto-generated one.

I suppose it is more rare for plugins created for mass consumption. However, I'd suspect that for plugins as modules it might be more common. Either way, good enough for me.
