Add ability to prompt user for proxy password

Description

I like the proxy features for installing plugins, but I don't want to have my credentials stored in a file in plaintext.

A much more acceptable solution is for grails to prompt for the password and mask the input when I've indicated that I don't want my password stored in a file.
