Declaring Hibernate as a build dependency causes loader constraint violation

Description

Simply unpack the attached project and try to compile it. Boom! Pretty much no command will work. Yes, Hibernate probably shouldn't be included in 'build' scope, but doing so shouldn't break the build and provide no info on what's wrong.
