Description

Grails app upgraded to 2.0.3 (from 2.0.1?), upgrades fine but throws exception on Grails run... app does seem to work.

fixed in SpringLoaded 1.0.6 snapshots.

I tried the instructions but couldn't recreate the issue - the app just started fine for me. But I'm pretty sure the change I've made fixes things.

I see you reference grails 7799 in your document too - that has been fixed for a while, so if you are still seeing it at grails 2.0.3, please reopen the jira.

I am getting this bug with Grails 2.0.4
I am new to grails and have just downloaded the everything new from the site
I am working through the guide and I am having problems getting the persistence to work
and I am getting this error

OS windows 7
jdk 1.7.0_03

I am getting the same bug with Grails 2.0.4

My configuration:

  • Grails version: 2.0.4
  • Groovy version: 1.8.6
  • JVM version: 1.6.0_23
  • OS: Windows XP

And, I give you more data from another developer (he has no errors):

  • Grails version: 2.0.3
  • Groovy version: 1.8.6
  • JVM version: 1.6.0_31
  • OS: Windows XP

I got over this issue by intalling Grails 2.1.0
(the groovey version is 1.8.6)

and that seamed to work fine
I am on the springsource (eclipse) ide

give me a shout if you have any questions

Yesterday I installed GTS(Eclipse Groovy&Grails ToolSuite) with Grails 2.1.0 and work fine
