Add support for daily mail digests

Yesterday or the day before I started getting lots of page edit emails from grails.org. I had checked the "Receive E-mail Updates for Content Changes?" checkbox when I created the account but it only recently took effect.

It'd be great to get a single email once a day like Confluence, listing changed and new pages rather than a steady stream of emails for every tiny and large edit.
